Fortitude Equity was born out of Kris Miller’s passion for real estate which began at the early age of 17 years-old.

With his roots in construction, Kris helped expand his family’s real estate holdings through sweat equity with a great deal of hands-on experience. During that time, he gained knowledge
in every phase from acquisitions, rehab, and management to completing the full cycle to disposition.

Since 2017, Kris has been focusing his efforts on growth through multifamily commercial real estate. He brings his conservative nature and analytical skills to the underwriting process to deliver solid, well-performing, long-term assets.

When Kris isn’t searching for real estate and crunching numbers, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 kids, traveling, gardening, and the great outdoors.
